Yesterday, I went to bed at 11:00 pm and woke up at 7:00 am;. I think 7.5 hours is the best, but in my case, it’s better to sleep well…it clears my head. My eyes feel restored. If I sleep early in the morning, my eyes feel tired, so I can’t do it, and I can’t have guts. You have to have a little bit of leeway.
I do some light stretching in the morning and have breakfast with my family. I appreciate this kind of routine, don’t you? The muggy morning feeling is stressful, isn’t it? I don’t know what to do. It’s a morning and I want to spend it pleasantly. I can turn on the dehumidifier. But it’s time to start using the air conditioner.
I have to be careful about heat stroke. Everyone is getting older.
Ice pillow. Might be worth a try.
