The key to learning English.

University entrance exam request, I’m pretty serious about learning English. It has been 20 years since I have studied English. I had dabbled a little in English when I was in college, so I understand SVOO, syntax, nouns without noun objects, and so on. But I can’t speak or understand it, so it doesn’t make any sense at all.
How can I learn to speak English? I can’t do it with what I’ve learned so far.
After doing a lot of research, I decided that I wanted to adopt the study methods of Americans who speak Japanese fluently.

First of all, I just listen. If I make the most of this time, I think I will be close to mastering English.
