Zero or one hundred, black or white.
When thinking about something, try to think about what numbers exist for each action and how they will help you make a decision, rather than zeroing in on whether or not to do something, or to take a risk or not to take a risk. Try to have the habit of thinking in such a way that you can find numerical clues that will help you figure out what you don’t know in the future.
In my case, as soon as I think I’ve lost it, I immediately go straight to the answer. Usually I think about what will happen later and take steps to remedy the situation. Or I would take the process of identifying what the problem is, extracting the issue, and how to solve the problem once I know what the issue is. But I give up as soon as I make one mistake. That doesn’t deepen my thinking, and I end up repeating the same mistakes over and over again.
I try to think in the gray area as much as possible, not in terms of right or wrong, correct or incorrect. The only thing that is 100% certain is that we will die. The rest is within the 99%.
If you think like that, it will be easier to take a step forward.
